PERSON 1: MS. REGRET

You’ve had a tough day at work. You trudge home, exhausted, and drop your stuff on the counter when your partner walks in, complaining that there’s a leak in the bathroom and that you need to call a plumber. All you want is quiet, and a (tub of ice cream)… So much so, that you seriously think about digging into it before dinner.

You do the right thing – you eat dinner first… but even though you already feel full from your meal, you’re just NOT satisfied. You cannot seem to take your mind off the ice cream for long until you finally give in, and as you add the third heaping scoop of ice cream to the bowl (or simply decide to take the pint to the couch instead), you scold yourself, knowing you’re going to regret eating that much… but you’re going to do it anyway…

PERSON 2: MS. ALWAYS HUNGRY

You are super busy, and constantly on the go. You’re probably not getting enough sleep at night and sitting down to a nutritious meal is one of the last things on your mind (or to-do list). You’re always trying to figure out the fastest, easiest thing to eat so you can keep going without feeling like you’re starving, even though it might not be the healthiest choice.
